What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Does Aiti Jewelry offer a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
